About

One engineer, from first commit to the server it runs on

I'm Birca Gheorghe. Since 2025 I have been the sole developer and operator of HandlerKraft.md, a Shopify B2B store for industrial equipment in Moldova: theme work, product data and SEO, plus the internal tools and integrations the business runs on.

In 2026 I started building Legy.md, an AI legal assistant for Moldovan law, end to end — the retrieval pipeline, the Next.js app, the Python services and the servers it runs on. Before that I built websites and ecommerce projects independently, starting in 2020.

I host and operate what I build myself: Hetzner servers with Ubuntu, nginx, PM2 and TLS. I also study law at the State University of Moldova. Languages: English (C1), Romanian (native), Russian (basic).
