The challenge
Stock lived in 1C while the online store needed accurate availability. Manual transfer created delays and could easily introduce wrong inventory numbers.
What I built
I built a parser and synchronization flow that reads the Excel export, normalizes the product data, maps it to Shopify inventory, and applies updates safely.
Business outcome
The business can refresh inventory with less manual work and has a clear path toward a fully automated ERP-to-Shopify stock pipeline.
