Data We Collect via the Contact Form

When you submit the contact form we collect: your name, email address, company name (optional), project type, budget range, timeline, preferred reply method, contact handle or phone number (optional), project subject, and project description.

Your IP address is processed in server memory for rate-limiting purposes for a maximum of 15 minutes and is never written to disk or stored persistently.

Why We Process Your Data

We process your data to evaluate and respond to your project inquiry. The legal basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(b) — processing necessary for steps prior to entering into a contract.

Third-Party Processors

Hetzner Cloud (hetzner.com) — server infrastructure, data center in Germany, European Union. Subject to Hetzner's Data Processing Agreement.

Google / Gmail (google.com) — used as the outgoing mail server (SMTP) to deliver form submissions and as the receiving inbox. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

Data Retention

Form submissions are retained in our inbox for up to 12 months from receipt, after which they are deleted. IP address data used for rate-limiting is held only in volatile memory and is never persisted to disk.

No Cookies, No Tracking

This website does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics scripts. No personal data is transmitted to any analytics service.

Your Rights Under GDPR

You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you, have inaccurate data corrected, request erasure of your data, restrict or object to processing, and request data portability. There is no automated decision-making or profiling.

To exercise any of these rights, email dablg.dev@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in the Republic of Moldova: the National Center for Personal Data Protection (www.datepersonale.md); in your EU member state: your national Data Protection Authority.
