Do you customize an existing theme or build from scratch?
Usually I extend Dawn, which keeps theme updates and app compatibility manageable, and write custom sections and snippets where the store needs them.
Can you connect Shopify to our CRM or accounting system?
Yes. I have built Shopify → Bitrix24 order automation and a 1C → Shopify stock sync; see the integrations page.
Who looks after the store after launch?
I can. At HandlerKraft I have been the store's developer and operator since 2025: fixes, new sections, SEO and catalogue work.
