What it is
An integration for HandlerKraft that creates a deal in Bitrix24 CRM for every new Shopify order, so sales follow-up starts from complete data.
The problem
Orders arrived in Shopify but sales work happened in Bitrix24. Copying orders by hand delayed follow-up and lost details.
What I built
A Shopify order webhook triggers the automation, which maps the order into a Bitrix24 deal through the Bitrix24 API: customer name and contacts, company, line items and totals.
Outcome
- New orders reach the CRM without manual entry.
